Admission to International Students

Self supporting foreign students who are not residing in India or Non Resident Indians(NRI) can apply directly to the university. The students applying from abroad and having their qualifying degree from abroad may be considered for admission in absentia if requested.

However, foreign students staying in India and having their qualifying degree from an Indian university will be required to appear for the entrance examination.

Foreign nationals applying for admission to Ph.D. programmes from abroad may be exempted from appearing in the written and oral test for the same programme. This is applicable only if such candidates have obtained their qualifying degree from abroad and are found suitable for admission by the admission committee.

The foreign nationals seeking admission to the university will be required to produce a medical certificate of fitness from a recognized hospital in their country.
